The Swedish Sushi Yama restaurant chain has adopted the HeralesHub messaging service. The project was initiated to improve efficiency and data quality in Sushi Yama’s item and pricing flows between suppliers and internal systems. With a large supplier base and a growing number of units, manual handling had become both time-consuming and prone to errors. We were looking for a solution that could standardize information exchange, reduce administrative workload, and improve control across the purchasing chain.

From our perspective, the HeralesHub integration project was executed in a structured manner and with a solid understanding of our business. Herales was responsive to our requirements, particularly regarding data quality, integrations, and scalability. The implementation was carried out step by step, with clear communication throughout, allowing us to go live without major disruption to daily operations.
